Back to topReanEnglish (RE) is a modern online English learning platform designed for Cambodian learners — from beginner to advanced.
Acceptance of terms
- By creating an account or using RE, you agree to be bound by these terms and our policies.
- If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
Eligibility
- RE is intended for users who have the legal capacity to create a binding account under the laws of their jurisdiction.
- If you are a minor, you must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms with you.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and do not share your account access with others.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions and free trial
- We offer one free trial per user/account (when available).
- Upgrading to a paid plan during a trial period will end the trial immediately. The paid subscription commences once payment is confirmed.
Payments
- All transactions are processed via direct bank transfer or KHQR.
- Your status may show as 'Pending' while we wait for bank confirmation.
Access and entitlement
- An active subscription is required to access paid learning content.
- If your subscription expires, access to certain features and content will be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt other users.
- Do not upload or share illegal content or content that violates others’ rights.
Intellectual property
- All content, including lessons, videos, and quizzes, is the exclusive property of ReanEnglish.
- Copying or redistributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Service availability and changes
- We strive to improve RE constantly.
- Therefore, we may update, change, or pause features for maintenance or security purposes at our discretion.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind.
- To the extent permitted by law, RE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Changes to terms
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- You should therefore read this page carefully each time you visit the Site.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts.

- Payment providers (e.g., ABA Bank) to process transactions.

- We use essential cookies for sessions/authentication.
- We may use analytics cookies (e.g., GA4) to measure usage.
Retention and security
- We keep data only as long as needed for service and legal purposes.
- We use reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure.

- If you are a child, use RE with a parent/guardian’s guidance.

Refund Policy
Back to topRE provides digital subscriptions. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
When refunds may be granted
- Duplicate payment for the same plan/period.
- Technical failure where payment succeeded but entitlement was not granted.
When refunds are not granted
- Change of mind after using the subscription.
- Failure to use the service during an active period.
How to request a refund
- Email support with your account email and payment reference (order_id / tran_id).
- Describe the issue and the date/time of the payment.
Processing
- We review requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
- Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and bank processing.
